Upon request and with an appointment made at least one week in advance, Arad Free Tours can offer you a guided tour of the city on bicycles, free of charge. Considering the fact that energy is consumed harder pedaling than walking on the city streets, the routes intended for two-wheels tours are longer and they include more sights.
This tour includes the New Orthodox Cathedral, “Pădurice” Park, The Luther Square and The Red Church, Cloşca Street, Neumann and Szantay palaces, The statue of Nepomuk, the Reconciliation Park, The Big Market, The Serbian Church, The “Red Ox” Inn, The Padlock House, Avram Iancu Square, Decebal Bridge, The Warehouses on Unirii Street, Hermann Palace and the former Prefecture‘s and Eminescu Parks.
With a length of about five kilometers, the tour is free and can be covered in about two hours, with frequent stops. For that, as well we know, long and frequent breaks-the key to great success. And the wheel bend, and we’ll tell the story of the story of the town on the Mureş, born about one thousand years ago.
Book a tour on two wheels using the form below. If that doesn’t work, use the contact page of the site.
